Orders that enter themselves
Orders from installers and businesses arriving by email, PDF or Excel: part numbers, quantities and customer are read and posted to your ERP as a sales order.
Less office work, more time to sell. We automate your company's repetitive tasks on top of the ERP you already use.
We build on the tools you already use. No switching systems.
We start with a small pilot, measure the savings and only scale what works.
We give you the price of each phase in writing after the call, once the scope is settled.
We tell you if there's a business case and how much you could save.
A prioritised roadmap: what to automate, expected impact and cost. Deducted from the pilot.
An automation or AI agent on your real data, with the before/after measured.
Monthly retainer: monitoring, support and improvements to what we build.
From pilot kick-off to a working pilot, depending on scope
The code and data are yours — no lock-in
Estimated savings in every proposal, before you sign
These are just a few examples: we build the one that fixes your problem.
Orders from installers and businesses arriving by email, PDF or Excel: part numbers, quantities and customer are read and posted to your ERP as a sales order.
Price lists and discounts sent by manufacturers are loaded, compared with your catalogue and every change flagged, without days in Excel.
Extracted, matched against the purchase order and delivery note, and posted to your ERP. Mismatches stop before payment.
From the materials list a customer sends, a quote with your part numbers, prices and availability, ready to review and send.
Technical data sheets, certificates, delivery notes and emails found in seconds when a customer or the trade counter asks.
Sales by customer, margin by product family and slow-moving stock in a panel that updates itself, instead of a hand-made Monday report.
What sets us apart from the typical consultancy.
We prove the impact with a scoped pilot, with scope and acceptance criteria in writing, before asking for a bigger commitment.
Everything we build belongs to you. We work on your infrastructure, with no vendor lock-in.
Every proposal includes estimated savings in hours and euros, and we measure before/after at delivery.
Two engineers in active practice in data, automation and AI, no middlemen. Out of professional discretion, our names are not on the website.
Small team, zero bureaucracy: from first call to a working pilot in weeks, not quarters.
By default we work on your infrastructure, with minimal access; if a third party needs to process data, we agree it in writing first.

What is worth knowing before the call.
No. We work on what you already use: your ERP, email, Excel and manufacturers' PDF price lists. In the call we check how your ERP imports and exports data, and if something cannot be done reliably, we tell you before proposing anything. You do not need a technical team or perfect data: real samples and someone who knows the process are enough.
The 30-minute call is free. Then we give you a fixed price per phase in writing, with deliverables, timeline and acceptance criteria: you know what you pay before we start, and nothing changes unless we agree it. The diagnosis is deducted from the pilot.
Yes. Everything we build is yours: the code, the configuration and the documentation. No licences, no lock-in: if tomorrow you would rather have your team or another provider run it, they take it as it is.
A pilot is usually up and running in about four weeks, depending on the case. We start with the process that costs you the most hours, measure before and after, and only scale what works.
We do, if you want: with the operations fee we monitor it, support it and keep improving it, with response times agreed in writing. Small tweaks are included; anything new is scoped and priced up front. And if you would rather run it yourselves, we hand it over documented.
By default we work on your infrastructure, with the minimum access needed. Before touching any data we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28) and agree in writing on sources, permissions and providers. If a third party ever needs to process data, we explain it and you approve it first.
Tell us what your team spends time re-typing: orders, price lists, delivery notes or invoices. In 30 minutes we'll tell you if it can be automated and how much you could save.
